Lagolena Rosé Special Cuvée
This Frizzante Rosé is made from Glera and Raboso grapes using the “Charmat method”. Its bright pink colorrecalls the delicate scents of strawberry and raspberry that can be enjoyed also in its bouquet. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, with hints of gooseberry and redcurrant.
Pairings: Perfect as aperitif, with appetizers to be dipped in sauces, but also risotto, salads, pasta and pizza.
It should be served at 6 – 8 °C, uncorked at the last minute, just before drinking it.
