Made from Glera grapes using the “Charmat Method”, the Brut is the driest version of Prosecco. It is straw – colored, with delicate hints of green apple and bread crust, while on the palate it is fresh, aromatic and elegant.
Pairings: Superb with fish soups, fried fish, fried vegetables, shellfish, sushi and sashimi.
It should be served at 6 – 8 °C, uncorked at the last minute, just before drinking it.
