The ballast soil in Garzón is decomposed granite rock with excellent drainage and permeability. It is ideal to provide this iconic Uruguayan wine with its elegance, complexity, energy and vibrancy.
On the nose this elegantly spiced wine displays fresh red and black fruits notes. In the mouth tannins are juicy and vibrant with energy and vitality associated to an excellent texture and long finish.
- Fermentation: 80 hl cement tanks
- Aging: 20 months in 25 and 50 hl untoasted French oak barrels
